Default No Weather this Sunday

I hate to say this but notwithstanding POtocatypetle and a few others
and some M6 quakes too, the phases point to a settled period of stormy
weather:

http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/MoonPhase.html#y2003
13 JULY 19:21 =7:21 pm.
21 JULY 07:01
29 JULY 06:53
05 AUG. 07:28 Knowing what I know now this should have brought a ridge or trough or something of that ilk.

12 AUG. 04:48. This should bring fine at last or if it continues wet
there will be a faily large quake soon after the 27th Aug. But if that
is wet too expect a real disaster early in September.

And of course not one of you found a discrepancy there that would have
given me this:
August 21 -- South Island of New Zealand -- 7.2M

Serves me right for not looking at what I was doing! Mind you I'd had
peritonitis for a few months and was in hospital while all this was
going on. (That's my excuse anyway.)
