British Isles Outlook - 11th to 20th November 2003
Hello Paul!
Not necessarily, Paul. The method I use gives a good indication of the
weather on a single day. It is only when your method requires the
projection of forecasts from one to the next - and the next- down a long
line of projections until you reach the forecast date, that you realize
the whole system is limited. And that, I think, is the standpoint you
have taken.
There are - and will be - other methods of forecasting which are much
more flexible and produce better results over a longer period.
Check the forecasts I have made and form your own opinion whether the progs
are serious or not.
Cheers, Keith
