The main difference is that the v5.4 Weatherlink software includes a
major section to run a weather-reporting website, ie preparing
graphics and text values for a web page and uploading the web page(s)
automatically to a website. This is an evolution of the features that
were previously available in the separate Weatherlink Toolbox program,
but are now integrated within the one overall version of Weatherlink.

There are various other detail differences but it's the additional web
functionality that is most noticeable.
