Philip Eden is forecasting a mild December at 1.5C above average. That
is a really quite mild December. I wonder if yet another mild winter
means another hot summer. It is getting a bit boring this is.

I see we're getting to the "writing off winter before it has happened" time
of year. How about waiting and seeing
