you will see loads of reports of poor readings and unreliable remote
sensors. Also, be wary about going for a wireless system. They only send
data once every second and can miss out on reading gusting winds
accurately.

Seems the choice is between a Davis Vantage Pro and the Oregon
Scientific
kit.
Davis is more expensive than the Oregon kit.
I know this has been discussed here before, but any thoughts?
