Good morning all.

Light snow accompanied by frequent lightning (SNTS?) over Athens since a
few
hours. Snowfalls are moderate in the northern suburbs and heavy at times
in
the northernmost ones and the surrounding hills and mountains. Blowing
snow
and freezing fog in the northernmost suburbs, too.

:-))! And this all due to such a cruel high bringing you snow but no chances
for some proper ice for us :-(.
I have the uncomfortable feeling that this situation will repeat over and
over again in the winter to come: while we get those jolly snow-pictures
from Athens; it'll be quiet and cloudy, maybe some drizzle over the
Netherlands; temp around 3-7 C.
Well, at least someone is happy :-)). Enjoy it!!
