Kew Gardens/Observatory rainfall data
 

Does anyone know how to get hold of updated monthly rainfall figures for the Kew Observatory series?
This is the series that starts in 1697: it is widely quoted for earlier years but I haven't found anything published since the end of 1999, frustrating since the year 2000 was one of the wettest on record. There is a mention of difficulties in one other thread on this site.
Any comments would be appreciated.
