As do I. Sure a lot better than ~8 years ago before we moved out here.
Then the "view" out the front window was a street and a neighbors front
window!
Yep the Monsoon is winding down. It was a good one for us though. ~10" of
Rain for the Monsoon Season. Whereas our total rain for last year was just
over 8".
