Default Storm clouds departing [1/1]

As the storm clouds move away we might get a frost tonight.
This is not normal here in May.

Frost!!! It's been raining all day here and it should have been snow.
Looks like we won't get our usual last week of May snowstorm. Last weekend
was the first official camping weekend and even the mountain campers didn't
get snow, just some rain.

No storm today, just wind, rain and bitter temperatures. I am in
South Bucks, We are trying to run or usual charity plant sales, last
Saturday we did not even try. Tomorrow we are prepared but it has got
to get a lot better overnight.
No photos!,

Official camping weekend? Is that a scheme for schools?

Victoria Day weekend is when most campgrounds open for the summer and
usually when the last ski hill (Sunshine) in Banff closes. It's also quite
common to get snow but not this year. We have just had two days of
continuous rain, very unusual in the Alberta desert. Looking to June, our
"wet" month. No TS yet despite forecasts. Solid cloud for days and my cell
is ringing two or three times a day warning of possible auroras. Typical.

I used to take aurora alerts but I live south of a town so I'd need to
be sure of seeing something before I'd get on my bike - usually it's
cloudy. I've only once seen one and that was an accident.
