LaCrosse WS-2310 Pin outs for APRS

Anyone know what the pin outs to the DB9 are and if they will work with a
Kantronics KPC3 Plus?

I believe they are just the standard RS232 DB9 pin outs. If you need more
specific help, please let me know.

I guess the real question is can I just plug the data cable into the KPC3
Plus and have it upload the weather to the APRS network?
