Well, there is an agreement with the ETs of UFO's not to do too much to blow
their cover. The UFO creatures are running the show and have the power to
stop hurricanes but are afraid public reaction if they are discovered. To
divert attention they did some damage to northern Pakistan and surrounding
areas. ; )

days covering up their blunders . . . . . . :^)

I reckon a good powerful explosion in the eye of the hurricane could disrupt
its flow enuff to kill its impact some..Id give it a go if I was in charge
