Default Help to buy a decent weather station

Hello, I'm looking for a good weather station and on ebay I found a "Matrix
II weather station":
http://cgi.ebay.it/MATRIX-II-WIRELES...QQcmdZViewItem.

Is it a good purchase? Is it precise and reliable enough?

Otherwise I am interested in a Oregon Scientific BAR 926 or 998, have you
got any suggestion?

Sorry for my English if there are some errors.

Thanks for the attention.

I have several Davis Vantage Pro stations and I think they're the best
..... they run $400 and up but they have the most features as far as I
can tell and the console is absolutely the best ....

I build my own. All you need is some good beachwood, super glue and an old
tv antenna. Hell, I can even get weather reports from the surface of
Neptune with that thing! It cost about 42 cents to make.

Try Vaisala WXT510, which combines the six most essential weather
parameters in one instrument: wind speed and direction, liquid
precipitation, barometric pressure, temperature and relative humidity.
