19th September with the time of the phase at: 16:48 it should have
been fine. A slight lien to the east by some 10 minutes. Or should
that be 40 minutes? But with an extra strong cyclone in Asia the
weather here was extemely wet and windy. It culminated in tornadic
activity in the UK. No cramps for me though.
