Noel expected to hit favourable tide conditions, so not much of a tidal
surge for the coastal villages. Good for surfing if you like 120km/hr
wind gusts. Power outages on the way.

Warnings have been increased from 120km/hr to 140 km/hr gusts along
coastal locations. The 'track' adjusted to the west.

Thanks for the links. Once the NHC in the U.S. determines that the
storm is no longer tropical, it ceases to report it. No one picks it
up. Friends of mine in ME wanted to know where to go for forecast
movement. So, I sent them this, since they don't get The Weather
Channel.
