MOST OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
MINNESOTA...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH
DAKOTA...WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.

..DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE STILL REMAINS POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF
NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA THIS MORNING. ALSO...SOME
VERY LIGHT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE AREAS OF LOWER
VISIBILITIES IN OPEN COUNTRY THROUGH THE MORNING. WINDS WILL
SLOWLY SUBSIDE BY THE AFTERNOON...AND CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE.

..DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS FROM 45 TO 60 BELOW WILL DEVELOP LATE
THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY...AND PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND. IN
ADDITION...SOME SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CREATE TRAVEL PROBLEMS
THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY...WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN OPEN
AREAS. THE COLDEST AIR OF THE WINTER SEASON WILL PLUNGE INTO THE
NORTHERN PLAINS THURSDAY NIGHT...AND SUBZERO TEMPERATURES WILL
RESULT THROUGH THE WEEKEND. STAY TUNED FOR LATER FORECASTS ON THIS

Blustery, with a northwest wind 5 to 8 mph increasing to between 17 and 20
mph. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph. New snow accumulation of less than
a half inch possible. Friday: Areas of blowing snow and a slight chance of
snow before noon. Mostly cloudy and cold, with a high near -10. Wind chill
