Default Anyone using WeatherScope?

I could use some help with WeatherScope. Whenever rain is in our
area, I usually use this radar map...

http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?r...111&loo p=yes

Please explain how to imitate the weather radar at the National
Weather Service link above. For me, the only important difference
from the defaults on that web page is the checkbox for "auto
update".

Secondarily... I see the background can be set to black, that's
great IMO. Can the foreground county/state line colors be changed
so that they show up on a black background?

Also... Can the tool bar on the left side be hidden to provide the
biggest weather radar display and help reduce the display
footprint?

Thanks.
