Credit where credit is due...
While he and I have had our "moments" in the past, I have to give credit
to Dave Tolleris (of wxrisk.com) for his forecast on Frances. He saw right through the GFS "up the coast" errors and was consistent in calling for a southern FL landfall. I'll agree with that. He did a great job on Isabel last year, too, with the
