unsophisticated to be paid, but he may have regional attitudes that
"enviro-scum" don't deserve to have a place for peaceable discussions
without harrassment.

He spends a miniscule amount of time actively seeking disinformation
from a few of the well known dispensaries of right-wing propaganda,
which tells more about his politics than it does about his science
interests.

The Baliunas, et al, organized crime operations depend on the
voluntary dispersal o criminal frauds by part-time activists like
James. Any of dozens of front organizations can put a "talking points"
alert in his mailbox by renting the CSE mailing list tailored to dupes
like him
