There are very specific reasons why scientists maintain a variable
axial tilt component against the orbital plane as an explanation for
seasonal changes however no such axial variation exists.The error
originates from the maneuvering of 17th and 18th century celestial
cataloguers who introduced inappropriate measures in order to link the
celestial sphere to terrestial longitudes, however this is a long an
intricate story which can be set aside at present.



The Earth's axial orientation over the course on an annual orbit

Common sense dictates that as the axial orientation remains fixed then
so does the Equatorial orientation at 90 degrees to the axis,in other
words there is little that can be said further.

The cause of seasonal changes exists in the change in orbital
orientation of the Earth passing through fixed axial orientation and
not a change in axial orientation to the Sun or orbital plane as
contemporary explanations have it.Basically the correct approach to
seasonal change is at 90 degrees to what is currently accepted.


The major sourse of the error exists through the maneuvering of 18th
century cataloguers insofar as they combined axial and orbital motion
into a singkle sidereal motion working off the Earth's axis -

As axial and orbital motions are indepedent of each other,the accepted
astronomical picture for axial and orbital motion is little more than a
cartoon (see sidereal justification)however this cartoon still forms
the basis for seasonal changes using variations in axial tilt,a
variation the Earth does not have.

It is a serious,serious error and although it can be initially tricky
to shift attension to changing orbital orientation of the Earth rather
than the erroneous changing axial tilt there is nothing remotely
difficult in comprehending and correcting the matter.

In an era where climate change or climate imbalance is apparent, the
very least people should expect from meteorologists and climatologists
is that they have a firm understanding of what causes cyclical climate
changes over the course of a year.Unfortunately,due to some awful 18th
century shortcuts and especially regarding an astronomical correction
known as the Equation of Time,all contemporary explanations using axial
tilt against the orbital plane or the Sun as an explanation but each
and every one of these explanations can only be good for one hemisphere
at a time and not a global explanation.

All difficulties are resolved by reintroducing the reasoning of the
first heliocentrists such as Kepler and Galileo,reasoning that was
unethically altered by Newton in the manner in which retrograde motion
of planets was resolved.The first heliocentrists reasoned that
retrograde motion is resolved by direct perception of the Earth taking
a faster inner orbit (e.g. to Jupiter and Saturn in the following
footage) while Newton insists that retrograde is explained by a Sun

It is easy to compare Galileo's correct reasoning on the motions of the
Earth infering heliocentricity against Newton's diluted reasoning which
ultimately is false in the manner he frames it.

"For to the earth they appear sometimes direct, sometimes stationary,
nay, and sometimes retrograde. But from the sun they are always seen
direct, and to proceed with a motion nearly uniform, that is to say, a
little swifter in the perihelion and a little slower in the aphelion
distances,"

As long as meteorologists return to basics such as observed fixed axial
orientation and then work in the change in orbital orientation as the
cause for seasonal changes they can not go astray and subsequently
correct this awful mistake on what causes seasonal changes.
