It looks like T.S. may emerge in the Pacific after crossing
Mexico. It may increase its strength again.
I dont recall see a two-ocean hurricane before.

I think there are about a half-dozen storms that
have done it. For example, Cesar in '96 became
Douglas in the Pacific. Cesar was unusual, I
think in that it emerged as a Tropical Storm
in the Pacific.

Kind of rare, but not unheard of.
