Default Need weather data for various places/dates in 20th Century

Hello!

I'm in urgent need to be able to access some database, preferably
online, where I can key in any one of hundreds of geographical
locations around the world and particular dates in the last century to
find out what the weather was like. Sunny/Cloudy/Rainy/Snowy and
temperatures would do, but barometric pressure reading would be
invaluable. Does anyone know of any such online store of information?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
