Utilipoint's Bruce R. Robinson and QuickStrategy's Nicholas C. Kaufman Taliban?

I just hate to see companies like Belfort Instrument, Gamma Scientific,
Utilipoint, QuickStrategy railroad ex-employees who apparently
whistleblow and report corporate wrongdoing. If Mr. Kukuka reported
wrongdoing he observed to the feds under the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002
and Belfort Instruments retaliated against Kukuka with a lawsuit, then
the chairman, ceo, president, owners, etc all face the strong likelihood
of not only civil but criminal penalities including jail time.

The complaint that Belfort Instrument Company filed against Kukuka reads
like a bunch of typical Belfort ****. It resembles the SLAPP suit that
Ryland Homes filed against Kukuka in the mid 1990s. Interestingly, the
Ryland case was sealed under court order in Baltimore County Circuit
Court. Companies often seal matters because they have something to hide
and subsequently pay large sums of money in return to keep the troubling
findings and results quiet. I'd wager Kukuka was paid off handsomely by
Ryland. And Kukuka may well win again if he has the "goods" on Belfort
Instruments. And can we just re-label their name to Bel-FART as they seem
to be trying to shut up a legitimate whistle-blower!

Tangible assets that Kukuka should pursue:

Bruce R. Robinson
60 Paako Drive
Sandia Park, NM 87047

Nicholas C. Kaufman
13667 Marsh Harbor Drive North
Jacksonville, FL 32225

http://www.quickstrategy.com/advisors.jsp

Mark W. Decker
Jennifer L. Racey (probably wife)
289 Long Point Road (assessed value of $968,280 as of 1/1/05)
Crownsville, MD 21032-1853
DOB: January 7, 1957 according to http://anybirthday.com

Also in the same database (http://www.dat.state.md.us), I found
reference to KR Acquisition Corporation under:

Bruce R. Robinson (probably a former residence)
200 Goose Hill Manor Lane
Stevensville, MD 21666
dated 11/13/1990

But a search at: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=%
22KR+ACQUISITION+CORP%22&btnG=Search
shows that the corporation may not be "dissolved."

Bel-FART lists it's resident agent as:
John S. Hoover
727 South Wolfe Street
Baltimore, MD 21231

All of this points to a world of assets for Kukuka to pursue
when he sues the pants off the chairman, ceo, president, owners, etc.

I'd put my money on Kukuka on this one and **** on Belfort in the interim!
