Where can I find my favorite climate and ground?

Hi:

I asked a similar question before but didn't state it properly.

Is there any part of the world whose climate has no wind at all yet
has a temperature of 32 F or below, and is always overcast with clean
white clouds and full of snow?

I like cold, wet, and cloudy and snowy. Yet I absolutely *hate* wind.

My paradisiacal climate is absolutely calm and still with no trace of
wind. Yet the temperature is at or below freezing, the sky is
completely cloudy, the ground is covered with smooth creamy snow, the
air is filled with clean fog. In addition, I prefer flatland. I don't
really care for mountains or hills.

Clean = free of pollutants such as sulfuric acid

Any assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Radium

Well it sure can't be hell so it must be part of heaven. Otherwise no
wind eliminates all other places?

Sulfuric acid is not pollutant. SO2 is one of the natural nuclei for
condensation of water wapour. No the natural pollutants (fly ash and SO2) no
clouds.

I doubt it. There are probably no places with absolutely
no wind, but the doldrums are probably the closest,
however they are subtropical. No place is going to be
cloudly all the time, and clouds and precipitation tend to
imply storms with accompanying wind. The temperature
and snow criteria imply either polar regions or mountains,
which also tend to have periods of strong winds. Mt.
Washington, NH tends to be very cloudy and snowy,
but recorded the highest wind ever on the surface of the
earth, and you want to avoid mountains anyway. Sorry.

Cheers,
Russell

Not on Earth. The second you have any sort of temperature gradient,
you automatically have a pressure gradient, which in turn provides you
a wind.

I'd recommend either moving to a planet without an atmosphere, or
carving out your own Fortress of Solitude in a handy ice sheet. I
understand Antartica is lovely this time of year.

I can please only one person per day. Today is not your day. Tomorrow
isn't looking good, either.
I am BOFH. Resistance is futile. Your network will be assimilated.

Try central Antarctica.

May be a bit cooler than anticpated, but you can expect a very slack
wind gradient due to the present of the stationary Antarctic high.

Some valleys in SW Alaska might have limited winds, but everyplace has
some wind.
