http://www.spaceweather.com/ "Daily Sun: 14 Apr 09 The sun is blank--no sunspot. Sunspot number: 0" "Far side of the Sun: This holographic image reveals no sunspots on the far side of the sun." The face of the Sun is without blemish: http://www.spaceweather.com/images20...9ib7gi7i 8266 Please visit: http://blog.nj.com/southjersey_impac...SolarCycle.jpg The right panel shows the face of the Sun as it looked on a good day during the late Modern Warm Period. Sunspots are the apparent size of craters on the moon. The left panel shows a Sun as it appears today. Please write to Al Gore so that Al knows that the Sun is not living up to his religious expectations. Al Gore is a divinity school dropout. George Carlin had a better grasp of the true nature of God's creation, than does Al Gore. Please visit: http://www.co-intelligence.org/newsl...es/sun-etc.jpg which shows the relative sizes of the Sun and planets. Compared to the Sun, Jupiter is the size of a pea, earth is the size of a grain of sand. Meeting of UN Crime Commission to deal with "global crime wave" www.chinaview.cn 2009-04-10 01:54:10 VIENNA, April 9 (Xinhua) -- The United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice will hold the 18th session from April 16 to 24 in Vienna, to discuss the increasingly severe international crimes. The United Nations Information Service Vienna (UNIS Vienna) said on Thursday that one major subject of this meeting is economic fraud and identity-related crime. The second thematic issue is penal reform and the reduction of prison overcrowding. The commission will also constitute the launch pad for the Twelfth United Nations Crime Congress to be held in Salvador, Brazil in April 2010. The main theme of that Congress will be to compile and review standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice that have been developed over the past 50 years. Dignitaries participating in the meeting include Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Mahibol of Thailand, according to the UNIS Vienna. The present situation of international crime was described as "a global crime wave" by the executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Antonio Maria Costa, the UNIS Vienna said. He pointed out that "Organized crime poses a threat to the security of cities, states, and even entire regions," and stressed that the work of this Commission is more relevant than ever.
