Thunder ?

Looking at a photo from Meteosat taken today at 1200 Utc, it seems that
south-west Germany and border to France has some high intense clouds ?
Thunderclouds ??
Also south-west France-Spain area...

Great hail in Iran, size of golfballs... Not long ago.
Great monsunflood in Asia/Bangladesh, it seems covering more area than
earlier years ?
New Zealand and earthquake/big rain with tremendous...

It appears to my untrained eye, that a huge sandstorm is currently in
the north-west part of Sahara desert...
