Arse rype weather? My arctic!

As I understand it the problems on Bodmin Moor were caused by a couple
of irresponsible truck drivers trying to drive uphill in snow, they got
stuck and no one could pass them.

You surely mean a westerly track ? Also 18 is now TS Rita and the track
maybe a bit further north than Key West, then maybe onto Lousiana or Texas.
