Roadside weather stations

Nice one. I found the roadside station just up the road from me at Dromore
Co.Down. Every time I passed it I always wondered if I could get hold of its
data (useful cross reference for me)... only...

I can certainly live with only 10MB or so! I also note that you can set the
upload to longer intervals than 1 min so if there was a concern you can do
less frequent updates...

rapid temp drop

Temp fallen from 7.8 at 15:00 to 2.5 at 18:00 here in N.I. - very heavy rain
during this period - now easing but temp still falling.

Hi,

Not often MET IE issues a snow warning but they have today! I see from
current conditions it is sleeting in Kilkenny, snowing in Belmullet &
moderate rain in the far...

Unbroken sunshine all day! Cool with a max of 6 oC but calm so felt
pleasant. Early ground frost and excellent visibilty. Winter days don't get
much better than this for getting out for a walk in...

Severe weather warning on Met Eireann

They usually are a bit more reserved in their forecasting of severe
weather - whick normally turns out to be accurate for this part of the
world....so when they issue a warning for snow its time to...
