Almost 20C!

Remarkably it is now pushing 20C in the west Midlands at 1430 23/2/12.
Seems I was wrong big time, so well done to Dawlish for spotting this
potential. Take a well earned pint!

After a spell of heavy rain overnight the temperature fell rapidly 3
degrees on the front at 0900 to +1.9C to give moderate hail and sleet,
covering cars and other surfaces.

Now at 0930 it is +2.5C,...

Full snow cover in Haytor 30/01/10

0900 30/01/10

Well only a sprinkling 1cm of pelleted snow but it is covering all
surfaces, even the lane and looks very pretty. Lots of ice as well.

Not a cloud in the sky and that warmish late...

After a spell of light snow it is now really coming down.
Already an inch of fresh on top.

Light snow for most of the day has got a bit heavier this afternoon.
Another 2 cm to the cover but because there has hardly been any wind
it has stuck to all surfaces and a winter wonderland is...

Ice pellet dusting from overnight then a mainly sunny morning. Sleet
and snow showers this afternoon, with a temporary covering. Now dry at
