Low level winds charts
Anyone have a good link to low level wind charts for the Caribbean,
into the Gulf of Mexico? There is an interesting area of convection
north of Panama but I'm not sure which way it is headed.

First tropical system in the Atlantic?
Looks like there is a 1010 surface low in the gulf of mexico with a
closed low level circulation. Be nice if it brought some moisture up
into the southeastern states that are experiencing drought.
