c-130 dropping this stuff in the clouds just to slow it down or drop it in

Wilma dropped 70 millibars in 6 hours.

Saw this on weather channel last night. Wilma also topped the 1# record of
lowest pressure in the atlantic basin (882millbars). We are watching weather
history in the making. can you even imagine...
