Correction. Heathrow max 37.8 so that’s 38° effectively in two consecutive years (37.9 last year on the 25th)

This must be fairly unusual (38 last year and 36 this year)
Not sure if it happened in 75 and 76
Perhaps also 82 and 83 and some of the early 90s and noughties summers
