Sunshine figures for May 2007

The map shows the 200 hours contour passing close to Aberdeen but I
believe there were only 157 hours at the Met Office Dyce. However I

Can anywhere have worse weather than Dundee?

It's been an absolutely diabolical weekend here. Max of just 11.7C
yesterday and up to 13.4C today. It's now fallen back to 12.4C which
is about the same as it was through the night on 31st...

ground was white with frost first thing.

It was sunny all day - total 12.95 hours - and humidity fell

I recorded 4.3 hours of sunshine today (R&D recorder) taking the
monthly sunshine total above 100 hours, to an exceptional and
outstanding 102.7 hours.

I have noticed that, as expected, minima at Dyce during this spell of
high pressure have been considerably lower than here. I only recorded
-2.8C last night and the lowest this month has been -3.6C....

Sunshine totals yesterday

Indeed there has been lots of errors recently. The review for Tuesday
had a maximum of 16C for Aberdeen whereas in reality it was only 12C.
The Met Office hourly observations for Dyce had 12C all...

months at my site in Aberdeen.
