Default [WR] Snow in Edinburgh

Got about a centimeter here in Wishaw, Central lowlands.
Last few seconds of timelapse footage on website have picked it up nicely.
Current conditions page also showing recent picture for those without
broadband.
Wasn't forecast to make here over the high ground to the north, very nice to
see - even if only temporary?

Default [WR] Snow in Wishaw

Make that 2 - 3 centimeters,
Falling quite heavily here.
I wonder if a little polar low type feature has formed, or an organised
trough? - In which case - Southerners beware!
Quite a lot of red faces around I'm sure, with rain still being touted on
the beeb, and county gritting teams being caught by totally by surprise. IE
main roads are white.
Alex, wishaw, central lowlands
