Failing that, does anyone know where I can get a copy of the random word
generator he used to produce his report?

I have been trying to locate a sample of Bork Opera for a few days now.
A badly set up Word voice application might suffice though. There are
such things as random word processors. I have used one on a poetry page.
Sadly no longer obtainable due to Delphi groups having a bad dose of
mismanagement some time back.

Feed his article URL into the Shannonizer and you will find it emerges
with its intelligility largely unaltered.

It is a pretty good, if unkind test of kookiness ;-)

I have to say, Joe B's style is somewhat reminiscent of Russel Grant the
famous Astrologer.

It even extends to the introduction to his column written (presumably) by
someone else who has the same capacity for mangling the English language:
"Joe's been called the hardest working guy in the weather business with a
bulldog intuition."

I'd have said that a Border Collie had intuition but I wouldn't have
ascribed it to a bulldog. A strong constitiution perhaps, perseverence
certainly, doggedness absolutely.

Intuition? I don't think so. The ability to forecast the weather?
Definitely not.

So, perhaps "bulldog intuition" is accurate. I parsed the sentence as
"of all of the people in the weather business who possess the intuition
of a bulldog, Joe's the hardest working one."

LOL Or perhaps even, as this is not a porn group, "... of all the people
working in the weather business, Joe is the one with abs of steel."

Default Lay off Mr *******i

Alright Joe *******i can seemingly talk lots of gibberish. Then he can at
times come across as very aggressive; especially to poor old Ken Reeves on
"Point Counter Point". There are times his outrageous forecasts fall flat on
their face, but then there is the very odd prediction that is 'spot on'. In
essence Joe can occassionally be a right *******i!
