After lurking on this group for ages, I have decided to come out into
the open and ask for some advice. I want to buy a weather station which I can link to my PC for data logging and display. We live in a very exposed spot on the west coast of the Isle of Arran and need something sturdy! I seem to remember people saying that wireless weather stations are more problematic than the cabled ones. Is this still true? At the moment I am thinking about a Davis weather station, but I have no fixed ideas. Any advice will be very welcome. Current external temperature 4C. Fairly lively wind blowing - could tell you more if we had a weather station :-))) -- Keith Thompson SPAM BLOCK IN OPERATION! Replace "deadspam.com" with "arrandragons.co.uk" to reply by e-mail. |
