to measure rainfall around the world. The Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) project will provide three-hourly reports on rainfall. What wilth 2/3rd of the planet under water to start with and 1/3rd of the rest being desert -at the moment. There is only the bits that the US and the UK are still fighting insurgents over that are left. (And the coke crops of course.) |
