0850z WSW F2-3 70km 3Cu025 3Ci300 18.1/09.0 1017.6
RMK: Sun broke through at 07z ... much more Ci visible earlier with a weak solar halo at 08z. Trying to identify horizon visible bearing 280deg between slightly nearer hills - it seems to be the flank of the Cotswolds in the vicinity of Stow-on-the-Wold which is 70km away.
