Looking through the records, this July's mean max is 2 Deg C ahead of any
month going back to 1908. We have a few days to go yet ,but it is easily on course for the hottest month ever! Records below are taken from Bradford - Leeds does not have a long enough record Mean Max in Bradford: Some other years of interest July 2006 ..........24.4 C in Farsley July 1976 ..........22.4 C June 1975 .........23.1 C July 1934 .........22.4 C Aug 1947......... 22.9 C July 1911 ..........22.2 C Rob Farsley near Leeds |
