Default Slightly OT - Flooding in Gt Yarmouth

A water company is to set up an incident unit for customers to discuss
the effects of Monday's flash flooding on homes and businesses.
Heavy rain brought flash flooding which affected more than 90
properties at Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, and at Lowestoft in Suffolk.
