TS NE London (Chigwell)
Approx 08.30 one very close strike and a couple a little more distant. Made
both myself and the dog jump! Shows up well on the Metoffice radar. The Low out to the West shows up quite well on the NOAA-15 APT image at 06:53 this morning, which also shows the line of cloud responsible for the TS and the southbound jetstream across Denmark/Netherlands/Belgium/France/Spain. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/geoff.hamilton1/noaa.htm Geoff |
