Since winter is nearly over, and I am so sorely dissappointed that we havn't
had a drop of snow down here in SE London, has anyone got any predictions
for this summer? I know it is early, but any thoughts?

Roll on summer!!

Thanks

Rob.

Well what's with all the bizarre posts you are sending into this newsgroup?
Do you have some sort of obsession with snow? We all like snow, but the way
things are at this moment - it aint gonna happen - get used to the idea.

With the Arctic ozone layer being further attacked by global warming, a large
hole is predicted in the spring. This will make the Arctic cooler and could
lead to April snow, similar to that we have had in recent springs.

The summer of 2003 was very hot and 2004 was poor. If the quasi biennial
oscillation and global warming combine then we may have another record hot
summer this year. We certainly seem to be having a record warm winter!

Cheers, Alastair.

Unless the Gulf Stream fails due to global warming!
