Why would an independent weather forum need publicity?

I have had some ups and downs with Two too :-)
I got a bit ****ed off a few years ago when they first started locking
posts if there was a hint of anything being duplicated from a previous
post. There are some good people on the site that i passed observations
to last year when we got a covering of snow. There are a few who who
give the impression that your not welcome on the site.So i have got the
message and kept off.
