RMK: Fog not all that deep despite its denseness ...
it's quite bright and the position of the sun's disc is
occasional visible. It was foggy (600-800m) here
from 2100 last night, but not sure how persistent it
was overnight.

1550z NW F3 1200m -RERASN BR 8St002 02.4/01.7 1017.2
RMK: Fog thinned after 1030z, -RASN around 1430z,
mostly rain, but many squelchy bits on car windscreen,
and outside the car the rain was quite blobby at times too.
