High Temperatures - Bodmin Moor

4th - Cardinham 12.8C
5th - Cardinham 12C (Warmest place on CEEFAX

Has this temperature inversion also been affecting Dartmoor?

Meanwhile, in Penzance, minimum was +4.0C last night. Yesterday
afternoon the MetO was rather strangely predicting 3C for today's
maximum in Penzance). Currently 5.3C and rising.

The sky has an unstable, almost thundery, look about it.

As it does here. It looks "summery", with chunky Cu and
haze, the light being a bit yellow.

And quite dark and menacing in Dorset - a lot of people looking up and
saying 'something' seems to be brewing.
And apparently the local shop is having a run on the
basics,surprise,surprise!
