RMK: Very little vertical development to Ac, yet one
patch of virga visible to the NE. A little Ci also. Ground
frozen with copious hoar.

RMK: Tr cu fra during afternoon. Local frost-hollow
effect excelling itself this evening; it won't last, though.
Grass min is reading -8.3
