Despite the 8cm of snow I was pleased to see that my 5 year old grandson had
gone to school. (They're tough you know, these little southerners). More disappointing is that the very light wind is now from the west, the temp is up to 3C and the snow is melting fast so it looks like the reward for going to school is not going to be the promised sledging trip. Hopefully, the extra 100m altitude will save the day. Dave, S.Essex |
