Further proof on the strange phenonemon of Dowsing
Funny all this talk of 'Dowsing' brought back to me an incident cocerning
my Mother on a family holiday many years ago. We were staying near Glastonbury and for most of the week the weather had been wet,. My mum decided to try and use the spare time by knitting a cardigan for my Sister, but do you know what? She just couldn't control the knitting needles, no matter how hard she tried they would all of a sudden swing about uncontrollably. After a series of nuerological test back at the Maudsley Hospital in London it was put down to a viral infection. Funny as I recall this incident, I now remember her still frantically trying to 'pearl one knit two' in the Morris Minor on the drive home, and as we passed Stonehenge she inadvertently pierced my Dad's left ear! That did go well with his mates at his local in 1972! |
