Default Brussels like Dartmoor this evening

Brussels on Tuesday 6th March

Morning cloudy and windy with slight rain now and again. Moderate
rain set in soon after midday and continued throughout the afternoon
and into the evening. Very unpleasant with pouring rain and gusty S
wind in the early evening.

Brussels Uccle 10.6°C - overnight minimum 7.5°C - and 9 mm rain.
Brussels Airport 10.7°C - overnight minimum 7.4°C - and 10 mm.

If Dartmoor stands for continuous pouring rain it equals Holland as
well... Thankfully the birds don't seem to care; they already started
their springlike dawn-chorus! Relatively high temperatures do the trick.
What's worrying is that this front moves into Germany; all the rain falling
there will come back to Holland via the Rhine....
Waterlevel in the rivers not too high yet -- but still:
