RMK: Mod snow approx 0145-0300 left approx 1cm
cover on all surfaces except paving slabs. Melted quickly
betw 0700 and 0800 both in sunshine and shade. Large
cu med elements with much grey shading.

RMK: Several very light showers of soft hail,
one accompanied by slight snow, from 1315
onwards. Several individual shallow Cb cap;
some clouds seem to be spewing out solid ppn
(i.e. all cumuliform characteristics hidden by
ppn trails) as if there were no tomorrow.

Scraps of Sc, one cunim cap advancing from the WNW;
remaining cloud is retreating upper parts of cunim(s) responsible
for earlier ppn: +SHGS 1735-50, +SHSN 1750-1830.
Snow/hail on hard surfaces now melted (but icy patches beginning
to form) about 1cm lying everywhere else. Grass min shows -1.

09-18: Tx 7.1 RR 1.0 (est) sss(00-18) 6.9
