De Bilt in the Netherlands recorded 27.6°C today. This is the
earliest date in the year that 25°C has been reached there and only 0.2 deg C below the highest April temperature on record of 27.8°C on 21st April 1968. Previous earliest 25°C was on 15th April 1904 when the maximum was 26.4°C. Records at De Bilt go back to 1901. Colin Youngs Brussels |
